Paypal custom recurring payment button

Hi, I operate a subscription based business(swimming lessons) and require a custom paypal button creating that i can impliment into my site with the following variables as part of the button; 1) specify the start date of the billing - i need the billing date to start from the 4th of the following month i.e if a customer signs up on the 16th of june i require their payments to start on the 4th of the following month i.e 4th of July and to recurr on the 4th of every month onward 2) provide me the ability to change the price should i need to for all members 3) options of different prices to select when first signing up i.e 1 swimmer = £30.00 2 swimmers = £60.00, 3 swimmers = £90, 4swimmers =£120. & once a subscription is active the ability to add/change price to allow for more swimmers on the same account if siblings etc then join too 4) A reference for the swimmers name so that when the payment comes in from the account holder that i can see who they are paying on behalf of as some parents/grandparents etc have different surnames to the swimmers Any help on this topic would be greatly appreciated, Many thanks, Mike
