we're small trucking company that need system to monitor our truck maintenance, we're currently using good spreadsheet but not able to scale, thus missing maintenance cycles i'm downloaded/used several programs online but non are custom to what we desire I will send you example what i'm looking for that's sort of the skeleton what we want but it will all enhance with other features, but that's the starting point let me finish 1. we have fleet of trucks 2. the cycle maintenance should be monitored by number of miles or number of hours in service 3. once that cycle (define by us) is over, the driver should be notified to bring the truck in for service the number miles or hours can entered daily by the admin, but eventually we need to scrape this data off another GPS program we use to montitor the truck location and read trucks internal system something you can do? we currently use software called fleet maintenance pro that i share with you Download Fleet Maintenance Pro - Fleet Maintenance Software [login to view URL] few questions for you: 1. we need want this web based, we have domain (no website yet), gctrucklines.com. 2. at this time we only authentication for one user, but eventually multiple users 3. how long will it take 4. what will be the total cost u here sir ? last thing is this keep in my mind we going to build few more things on top of these trucks/database such load management; assigning loads to these same trucks, but that would be next project but hopefully we can build of top of this instead doing complexly separate project
