NEED PHP MYSQL EXPERT

Hi, I am looking for any professional individual or team who expertise in php mysql to help me combine the functionality of my two websites together. These are the two website which needs changes. 1. [login to view URL] (A Uber taxi system made with laravel framework) /admin username admin password Dec242019 So you must be able to combine the functionality of two website together while keeping the two backend seperate.. Desired website or component functionality: ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- When a customer buys a product from the opencart marketplace and the transaction is completed the details of delivery should go to the delivery driver and hence the delivery is made by the driver and transaction is completed. The driver gets paid weekly and can maintain his store. Features that needs to be added or removed. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. When the transaction is complete in the opencart marketplace the delivery details should go to uber taxi system and hence the driver will deliver. 2. Both backend should have same login credentials database which will allow buyer and seller to switch between opencart(buy/sell) and uber taxi system (product delivery) without having to relogin. (or any other solution to make it work) 3. Remove existing shipping system in opencart (switch to delivery with uber taxi system) 4. Add a document verification system in opencart where user will be able to upload any document specified by admin and will be verified by admins approval. 5. Combine payment systems together (seller in opencart and driver in uber) and make one automatic weekly payments module. 6. Add a tip system for the driver after the delivery is completed. 7. Remove request trips module and payment module in client uber taxi system. 8.
