Hey there! I have over 3 years of experience working with Java and about one year of experience working with the Spigot API specifically. I have developed plugins in the past and am quite familiar with Spigot/Bukkit servers. In regards to the task at hand: most servers use existing plugins for managing ranks, so assuming you are satisfied with that approach, this will go over smoothly and quickly.
