I need a map built with Google maps

I need an iPhone and Android app. I already have a design for it, I just need it to be built. I have blueprints and everything ready. My app is built around geo tracking. When user is in specific locations the user gets specific messages and can capture special codes. The user will need to login with Facebook. The app needs the ability to reward the user when they share a special url with friends. I want the ability to drop bonus points in their accounts manually from administration. I'll need the ability to set coordinates from administration panel. My app will have Google maps and google route on app. We will take them to correct spot if they request for it. We won't be using camera feature or anything. Or any kind special graphic design. So this project I'll need: -Admin Panel Online -Must know Google Map API and routes -Facebook API for login -A Database to store information for each user -GeoTracking -Notifications will be sent based on location of user In Admin panel I'll need to create missions and set coordinates for players. Once they match coordinates with their location they have the ability to claim that spot and get a special code from us. That code will be saved in their account. How game works: User is notified. They're given directions. They must be first to get to that location. They get there and claim prize. Once they do that, all users within 30 miles get the notification that code has been found.
