need an experienced developer to build an app

Hello Developer. I need an IOS/android app that helps me and my customers communicate the progress of a pick-up and delivery order. I do not need any map API integration. Please see below for details. -Splash/welcome screen -Customers register or log-in. -Main screen has buttons: 1) Request Pick-up, 2) Status of Current Order, 3) Order History, 4) Pricing, 5) Contact Us 1) Request Pick-up has: a) brief instructions on top, b) special notes input box, c) Confirm ("Thank you. Driver will notify you when he's on his way.") 2) Status of Current Order has: a) Time-line of order ( sort of like Amazon order status) - Request received, Driver on the way, Order picked up, Order being processed, Delivery on Route, and Delivered 3) Order History has detail break down of past orders (Itemized details, prices, and date/time) 4) Pricing has break down of my services and prices 5) Contact Us has my business contact info, with a simple text box to send me a message -Customer has opt-in to receive text alerts or e-mail alerts -Date and time of all the following activities should be recorded -customer request a pick-up for an order -Flat charge applied for pick-up -I will be notified of customer request on my end (/w customer info and address - 1-click open on google map) -I notify customer estimate pick-up time -I notify customer when driver is on the way -I pick it up, notifying customer of the pick up -I notify customer order is being processed -I send customer the invoice -I notify customer estimated delivery day -I notify when delivery is on the way -I notify when delivery is completed -On my side of the app (just android), I will need access to all my customers data (all registration info, payment info, details of order, order history, including balances remaining on accounts) -Also on my side of the app, I will need to be able to add different items and their corresponding prices, and be able to modify the name and prices of those items. -I need to be able to generate an invoice including those items (their quantity and corresponding sum of the total invoices, and delivery date) -I send the customer the invoice with estimated delivery date. -I need to keep track of all customer messages they send and be able to send them messages within the app in case they opt-out of text/email notification.
