Need Error Detection - WooCommerce API Manager - License -- 2

If you make your job perfect, i have further jobs. i need a responsible and experienced programmer for this and future projects with real estimated prices. A person who has no intention cheating western people. This programmer should have experience in js, css, html, php, wordpress and htaccess and security stuff like vulnerability protection for further projects also. This expert should have interest to cooperate with me in long term. I'm owner of different pages and project. On one page i sell wordpress-plugins. For this topic, i need a programmer with expereince in Woocommerce Api Manager for Licensing digital plugins for wordpress. I Have many ideas but not the detailed programmer background. I have three plugins for selling in my shop. And more will come. I have ideas and search for the right developer. In my shop is woocommerce and woocommerce api manager installed. The 3 plugins have license code functionality. Without License, they dont work. A small bug is inside: If the license code is entered, it's not activated is shown. It's shown as deactiavted. But i have access to all function after enter the license code. Please estimate the time. Kepp in mind that i search for a developer for long term. Dont think short term and todays profit. Think in month or years with chance to be a member of my shop and for support.
