SO - the freelancer should be capable of studying the software - to find out if it can really send out unlimited emails on it own ------ or-------- do we actually need to integrate our own SMTP server to the software !! ) The freelancer should be capable of implementing SMTP integration if needed !! ) The freelancer should be capable of drafting and sending emails which receive the highest delivery rate ) I am looking for someone i can work with on a permanent ( monthly ) basis !!
