Need to do develop new modules in our existing Institution Portal

We require online institution management system on our portal in which User Management need to be there which includes updation / deletion/ edit of student data , parent / student login , course fee edition or updation, fee management which will track student fee online and offline mode on daily or monthly basis , student attendance management , Assigning work / assignments to students class wise or individually , employee management which includes employee data with their attendance , payroll their login with unique ID .
