mySQL, Replace old Design with New Design & CRUD

Our current member profile needed a complete design change, so we hired a designer to create a whole new design, layout, color, etc. The new design was created in Adobe XD and has already been converted to HTML, css, js, etc. You do NOT need to convert any designs into HTML (already done) We already designed and created the backend database and connected the old form to the DB. You do NOT need to create a new database, unless you want to and is easier for this project (already done) This project requires a good developer with great DB experience to replace the old design with the new design and match the fields and connect the database. Although this project is relatively straightforward and easy for someone with mySQL database experience, there are some differences that require your skill set. The new design field labels are about 90% the same as the old field labels; however, with the new design, we added some fields, deleted some, and rearranged. Therefore, your actual project involves 1. Replace old design with new design (we will supply you with html files) 2. Find out which fields have changed (i.e., old design asks for “Height” and “Weight” – new design does not ask for this anymore) and (new design asks for “Last 4 digits of SSN” the old design does not so this means you will need to add a new field or record to the database) 3. Make sure all drop down fields have all the information needed for user to select (i.e., Title <drop down shows Mr. Mrs. Miss> ) 4. Make sure 5-20 fields on the front-end new design have a gray filled background indicating the user may not change these fields 5. Check the existing CRUD system, make sure it works with the new design, then add my existing 2,500 members to the system. My goal is to a) implement new design for member profile b) send out email to all 2,500 members with temp password, c) members select link and change temp pass to permanent pass, d) member profile password gets updated, e) member completes and saves member profile f) member can complete all the forms in one setting or multiple visits – but they do not need to go through and reset their passwords every time 6. Test If you have experience in mySQL, CRUD, and updating new design, then this project is for you. I don’t have a budget or time frame, but I already have one bid for $500 in 8-9 business days which I do not like and hope I can find someone who is better price and time frame. I do not have a budget and my budget is NOT NOT $500. I think I can find someone special to do this by the end of this week for much less than $500. If not, communicate with me and we will discuss more and understand your bid and time frame.
