Multi Site Expert needed

We have an training company that we plan to franchise out. We are planning to keep main corporate site and then have individual sub site for each country we go to where they can update pages with local country trainings but main information will stay the same that will come from corporate website. We need someone with hands on with quick help to set up multi site. We already have it set up but it is not working properly. To explain it further, let us assume that our website is [login to view URL] now if we have a local partner in China then people going to [login to view URL] should be redirected to [login to view URL] which will have most of pages from corp site with couple of pages that local partner can china can update. Same way if partner from Indonesia sign up then people going to [login to view URL] should be re directed to [login to view URL] so on and so forth. If you have done something similar, please move to the front of the line :) We are looking for someone with handson experience of something similar. I will prefer if you put some thought into this and respond and not just copy and paste response that you post to 100s of projects.
