Movie Streaming Website similar to webflix.me but with no plugins 2

I need a coder with experience in building efficient video streaming player. We need a website similar to [login to view URL] (but this project is about a very basic functionality of streaming videos in a player). But without the requirement of downloading any plugins. We would like to know if this possible. To understand this concern, please goto [login to view URL] and try to watch a movie. You will notice that it asks to download a plugin. We need a website which doesn't require user to download any plugin or load any Java app in the browser. Please mention in your bid proposal whether this is possible. Another app similar to [login to view URL] is Popcorn Time. But its a Desktop app. We strictly need a website/webapp without any downloads or intrusions. Points to be noted: the [login to view URL] provides streaming links through peer-to-peer share feature. Which is similar to the way how torrentz get downloaded. So we are assuming that the technology we have to work with essentially requires us to basically download, extract and stream torrent files on the fly. Even if thats the case, still this should be possible theoretically without requiring to download a plugin. Our theory for the reason behind why webflix requires plugin and why popcorn time is not a web app is that the libraries available to download, extract and stream torrent files are just not available for web apps (but shud be possible to create one such library for our purposes). But this is just a theory, we could be thinking in completely wrong direction. Which is why these are the questions to discuss. For now, we just need a very basic functionality of being able to stream the torrent files without any download and plugin and java apps etc. No GUI and additional features are required. If you are successful then you will be hired for more work on the same project to implement other features for which you will be paid very very good price :). This project is for a trusted client. No payments or milestones will be created until you create a basic working functionality of the requirement and until the client tests it and is happy with it. Whoever bids less than $1000 will be hired immediately.
