From your project description, I simply understand that you want to create a new website with your existing website hosted in AWS but in new separate host server without hampering the current one. This process is common work for me, You just need to provide me following things: 1. Codebase and database of existing website. 2. Information of any special setting in the website in AWS server. 3. Provide the details of the new hosting provider. Note: If you don't set up the new server then no problem I will do it for you. I have expertise over this, Here I am sharing some hosting provider name I have worked GoDaddy, Bluehost, HostGator. Other than this there are more but they are good.
