I know Moodle in deep, I have done a lot of things for my previous company, where I started as a Sr developer and ended working as a Director of Engineering department. I have worked with Moodle 1.9x, 2x and 3x. I also have worked with IOMAD (the Multitenancy add-on for Moodle) and also with the Mobile App. I have done a ton of custom work in themes, modules, blocks, authentication methods, enrollment methods and so on....
