Modification of HireBee-theme by Apptheme

We are looking for a freelancer who is able to do for us a small modification of the HireBee theme by Apptheme.

The theme uses an escrow system. thats fine and it works. but we want to add another option. the user/freelancer should have the choice between using escrow or not.

It should be a separate step at awarding a projects. currently you have to pay the funds to escrow to enter the workspace. But we want a one more step. they shouldnt go to the 'pay now' page, there shall be a new site with the choice using escrow or not. Only two checkboxes. One checkbox with the escrow gateways and one checkbox 'continue without escrow' and informations that escrow is safe and they will act at their own risk and so on.

I have attached a screenshot what I mean. there are two big boxes which should be the selector. one time it should open the escrow like it is and the other should go direct to the workspace without escrow.

Both description of the boxes should be inserted by us. Also the icon came from us
