Hi there, I'm Matt Sergei (do call me Matt) and can help you - 25 years a webmaster, scripting SVG and Leaflet for 7+ years. I see your maps well in Chrome on Mac yet several other browsers and systems need to be tested. Probably it's the issue with map servers since OpenStreetMap public servers sometimes do not return all tiles back. The latter can somehow be scripted and if you only need to download tiles in the "background" then that can be done with additional javascript, for sure. The issue is map needs to be initialize in a visible html tag like div, here the that div is in a tab which is right now not selected.
