Make Program to connection AWS, DI, Vultr, rackspace API and Deploy Server and config

I need you to make a program that

1. I can enter API info from AWS, Digital Ocean, Rack Space

2. Have an area where i can select how many VPS i want to make from the program. Also have API calls for which location to set up the VPS

3. User can select the type of squid authentication on the program either $user:$pass or ip authentication - Note: This area will also allow users to change server configs that have been made already.

4. Have a button where i can click start - Program will send API call to hosting provider to deploy VPS and run a install script to install squid3 and setup authentication on each.

5. The program will have an output where it will show VPS: for IP auth $ip:$squidport for basic auth $ip:$squidport:$user:$pass --- the port will be 33327 which will be in the [login to view URL]

6. When servers are made they will be displayed in a list with some options on the servers. DESTROY - REFRESH IP " Delete server and then install a new server and Rerun install script then configure user authentication based on the box we have made"

7. Tie this program to an activation API license key so users have to enter a key they purchased to use the program.

8. API we will start with are AWS, DI, Rackspace, and Vultr

9. The program will need to be made Mac and PC

10. Below the output of $ip:$squidport we will have a Test Proxies button and a text area where users can enter a URL to test the proxies against.

11. Activate program through API
