Linux Server with PHP Hosting Services Needed using Workbench and Winscp

IF you can do it 200% sure only then contact me. Otherwise don't waste my time. We are looking for Linux Hosting Server Administrator in Delhi for uploading Angular JS and PHP Webapp and MySQL database file using Putty, Workbench, WinSCP or any other tool. If it is done using any third party tools also then also it should be very secure. Cpanel is not there but we have ftp and it will run on VPN and everything will be done using teamviewer only. Do it by any other mean. First tell me how you will do it after that only we will award this project to u.
