Learndash + Astra Theme Customization (ONLY EXPERIENCED APPLY)

I am developing a learndash based lms system (spanish and english). I have the course content but am interested in assistance with customizing the installed learndash with an accompanying theme (Astra) so that I can easily plugin the course content and quiz content. This would include the student profile, payment processing, quiz, auto certificate generation, and other core features. I will not need forums but the student should be able to communicate with teachers and the platform should allow for multiple teach accounts as well. I will need some dummy content in the site that will allow me to easily follow and replace/duplicate. Ive actually already installed and started development of the site but it is glitchy. I dont want to waste your time because I will only chose a freelancer that can show previous experience with Learndash. The courses should have the intro page with a lead image. Each course should have at least 3 lessons with dummy content (just a few paragraphs of dummy text and some images). Quizzes ==> 3 example quizzes comprised of various types of questions (multiple choice, paragraph/essay, fill in the blank, etc). Quizzes should be linked to courses Auto certificate generation ==> Dummy Certificates should be associated to the 2 paid courses. I have developed certificate templates. Student profile ==> Default student profile page should be setup with example demo students, Payment processing ==> By default LearnDash offers PayPal & Stripe payment options. I also want WooCommerce ecommerce platform integrated. Payment examples that include the purchase of a single course and a bundled pack (2 sample paid courses).
