jQuery DataTables With Offers List Issues Fixing

We have a jQuery DataTables table with offers list with server-side setting. Table has 10 columns and all of them need to have select option filter, which they already do, but it is not fully functional. We need to filter results based on that option. One of the options is payout. It is not properly ordered - this has to be fixed based on the units of payout from greater to lower value where % values should be placed on top of currency values and when there is a range of values (7-11) to use the greater number for ordering. The rest have list of options and All. We need to display certain records where targeting is global when all is selected on the countries column. For the rest of select options - split options by one option only, for an offer may have multiple per column. For example device column could contain Windows, MacOS but we want NOT to show this combination in select options for devices but rather display this record if either Windows or MacOS is selected. Same applies for the rest of columns except country. If user picks country, which we do not have offers for - display global offers. Table needs some fixes for child rows where it may have a lot of results. Child rows contain promo materials, such as links and banners. We need to separate the links and banners within the child rows per certain criteria like language and size, possibly more criteria depending on offer. Most of the project is done. We need the fixes and optimizations and we consider the project to be of small scale. Please note code should also be optimized for speed.
