My website was recently completed by a local company in South Africa. Their deadline was on 16 April, and although I provided them with a clear web brief, my requirements have not been met. I am now on extremely tight time & budget constraints, due to the business launch announcement on 30 April and that I have paid a fair sum of money to have this website built. It is not professional enough, and only meets 60% of the requirements in my brief. Due to the now realistic budget constraints, I need someone who is WELL VERSED with Joomla, who will be able to make the required changes to the website in minimal time. MAX is 4 hours at this stage, but there will be further development work after the launch, from May 2018.
