Java -> PHP POS Integration with Merchant Terminal

I have some sample code written in Java that shows how to integrate Java based POS systems with an Ingenico ICT250 terminal. I have a custom made PHP/javascript based POS system though and I need someone to take this Java code and make an equivalent in PHP/Javascript to be able to send a specified total amount and transaction ID to the ingenico terminal and then return the response (accepted, declined etc).

This should be simple for someone who has both java and javascript/php experience.
