Interspire Email Marketer Fix After MySQL Upgrade

The Interspire Email Marketer Software has been running on my server without issues from the beginning but will no longer send emails (with or without cron) since upgrading MySQL from 5.1 to 5.7. I believe the issue is related to the fact that "sql_mode=only_full_group_by" is switched on by default since MySQL v.5.6.
