Group attendance management with Google Forms and Google Sheets

Greetings, What I understood is that you want us to develop an attendance management system, which should be stored and emailed according to the prescribed schedule to the predefined emails dynamically. We will suggest to have it in form of website that use totally manipulate able, easy and totally dynamic. It can also be done using Google forms and Google sheets online but then you will be having limited access and functionality which might not be extensible with respect to some features. This is just a high level understanding from your initial brief, just to give you an idea but of course, we can discuss more in depth thru' chat.
