Fullstack ( PHP, JS, MySQL ) long term collaboration for web product maintenance

We are looking for a collaborator who can supplement our team when we are overloaded, to help us do fixes and various development tasks for one of our products. What we need: - Solid experience in PHP, Javascript, MySQL. We do not require knowledge of particular frameworks, but require very good OOP capacity, analytical skills and a good algorithmic thinking, strong command of common design patterns, event handling and closures in JS, experience with DOM, JSON, LESS - Good ability to estimate the work volume required fro certain tasks, based on the functional specifications - Good team playing and communication skills - you will be working with our team, PMs and devs, and having a smooth and efficient communication is a must We are looking for an individual, not a company, since we aim to establish a long term collaboration which requires solid understanding of our product and availability for direct discussions. We want a team member. The product relies heavily on the frontend part and uses various libraries, all which can be easily learned. The workload can vary in time, from 40 to 100 hours/month, but development tasks can be planned in advance and support tasks ( each taking at most several hours ) are usually not urgent and can be done in a couple of days since they are assigned. We are willing to invest and pay for a period of induction, during which you study our product and the documentation and get familiar with its details. We will conduct an interview and possibly a technical test with the most promissing candidate. We do prefer people who can work during our normal working hours ( 9-17 CET ) but this is not an absolute requirement.
