Developr needed who has a great grasp of legacy PHP code and excited by bringing an old code-base into a cleaner environment. Mostly back-end work through PHP/Laravel/MySQL and some front end integration. Knowledge of API's to Xero, Mailchimp, and building of CMS & CRM platforms a bonus. Will only consider applicants who live within a 3-hour time zone of the UK! Mainly back-end edits and modifications required. A more extensive team and project description can be provided upon request, but if you are available immediately, please reach out and we will pass more information across. Requirements 1)Front end experience of HTML5/CSS3/Javascript 2) Strong knowledge of PHP with no underlying frameworks (no framework but has the intention to migrate to a framework) 3) Git and / or other source control tools. 4) Effective knowledge of Apache 5) Knowledge in Both Object Oriented Programming and Procedural programming styles. 6) MySQL Knowledge 7) cPanel/WHM Experience and hosting environments with remote SSH linux commands 8) Understanding of 'legacy' code and programming methodologies. 10) An understanding of issues with php as a programming language compared to other programming languages. 11) Able to create accurate time estimates and generate plans on progress made. 12) Can adapt quickly to unfamiliar code environments.
