Full Stack Arabic-Speaking Web Developer to build / modify SaaS solutions

Thanks for your interest in my mid-term to long-term project. I am running a new startup focusing on building web-based SaaS solutions for Small and Medium organizations and I am looking for a full stack web developer to handle the Arabization, RTLing, Re-branding and feature enhancements in my new products.
The products will be mostly built by other entities, but I need the developer to be able to build on top of them, Arabize them and of coure fixe any discovered issue.
These are my high-level requirements:
1- Full Stack Web Developer
2- Speaks Arabic natively or very fluently.
3- Outstanding experience in: HTML, CSS, JS, PHP and MySQL.
4- Good experience in WordPress.
5- Done several Arabization and RTLing projects for PHP systems.
6- Willing to commit for 3+ months.
As mentioned earlier, my startup will provide cloud-based software as a service (SaaS) for Small and Medium (SMEs) in the Middle-East region. In the mid-term the developer will work on Arabizing, RTLing and rebranding two PHP systems. One for Appointments Scheduling and the other is a CRM. I will share the details of these systems with the candidates once I do first round interviews.
The work will not stop here, if the developer proved him/her self, he/she can be part of the startup team with either fixed salary or per-project payment.
