Freelance Wordpress Dev Needed - tweaking themes / adding functionality

Nice to electronically meet you!

I am a senior Freelance graphic designer and Wordpress "builder", of 6 years, I learned basic HTLM, but not php. My Wordpress developer whom I freelance with, is no long available. Thus I am reaching out to fellow people to see who is out there.

I am looking for someone I can build a long term work relationship with.

Someone who can at least prove that they are able to do custom WP dev, I would prefer if you could place in a message back and example of custom work you have done on top of an existing premium theme. How you have handled the theme update with code changes, and making the theme possibly auto update.

If you could include estimate example for A & B that would help me understanding roughly what you would change for per project or section, and length of time to complete, thanks.

To explain work I will be looking for I have a few examples, I do need these tweaks fairly soon.

A. Directory theme needs to have the Excerpt included on front end and to be limited to 600 words. The label to be "Short Description - Printed Directory"

B. I have my theme that has user roles and adds in custom fields into the WP user Profile. I also have Woo comm, and I need to add in simple. Title: Mr. Designation: Manager, as few fields like that. They would then need to be included in theme template page to appear for user editing or to be place

C. Customised Export: to pull matching items from users associated to Listing and matching directory listings into one row. I only need specific fields to be exported, if that lessens the work to be done.

D. Add listing page Portrait images: I need a solution where portrait images remain in the space of a landscape space, so content is not pushed down. (crop image thumbnail to be used or limited to only landscape images and for that to be made clear in the frontend. These are my suggestions.

E. Long term goal would be to replace structure of theme payment system to link to woo comm and not theme. In the interim, we need mails to say what people have signed up for, at the moment it just tells you a listing is created.

F. We would like to possibly add in some templates for more columns we need 5 and 4 on certain short code items.

G. Google Ranking score on theme, using Yoast, need to get settings right, I have tried before but a lot of the time I land up losing sliders, etc.

OUR goal is to launch 3 more of these site in different fields. And have one developer we can go to for assistance on extending functionality.

I also want to use this to launch more sites in different fields, separate from this projects I am a partner in.
