Fix bugs in joomla Jomsocial website

Bugs:
* website should always open https:// version of site only
* Video item are not deleting in jomsocial b/o panel
* video recording post are not deleting video from gallery/server after post is deleted.
* when starting new live stream, website needs to be refreshed in order to see the live video stream...should not need to be refreshed
* emails are always pending in jomsocial back office. needs cron setup i think.
* when scrolling over video on mobile
* cut off a live webRTC connection if its offline/not live for more than 1 minute
