Dear Sir, I have a lot of experience exporting FileMaker data to beautiful formatted Word documents. A previous notary client needed all his legal documents to be generated in Word by FileMaker. For this I used a plugin called "Scribe" made by 360Works. Once FileMaker exports the .doc I can use a little macro that will format the document automatically to apply the styles defined in Word. If you prefer not to use Microsoft Word macro's there are other solutions. I can create the script that will collect the data in FileMaker, verify the content and export the Word document to a file and send it by mail if needed. If other users need to perform this script I can create a startup script to automatically instal and register the "Scribe" plugin.
