To access the documents via a user-friendly interface (UX at the heart of the project) The extranet Pancosma will be a place to quickly find relevant documents according to users’ needs and access rights. KEY FEATURES - Access number: +/- 300 (meant to increase according to the company growth). - Highly Performant Search Box (based on keywords pulled from the documents and tags) - In-build product selection tool: By selecting a specific problematic and species, we will be able to display the products (related to it relevant documents) to answer client problematic. - Easy Administration: adding new documents, giving or closing users’ rights to specific documents have to be smooth and easy. (Ex. Tick/Untick option to define each user’s rights & TAGS for the uploaded documents to facilitate navigation via filters: species, brand, language TAGS were identifies) - Highly-Personalized Access Level for each user is the key as users profiles are very complex and cannot be always put into “groups”. The extranet will give us a possibility to group users with the same access levels, but also to define personalized access for a singular user. - Download/View/Request Document options according to user’s rights. - New document email notification according to the interests: users will have a possibility to choose the tags of their interest. When a new document with a selected tag is uploaded, they receive an automatic email notification. - Sorting: by date, by popularity etc. - TAGS: by species, by document type, by product, by brand…

Hello, I'm Marco, italian, and i will like to do this job. I have more than 10 years of professional experience in full stack development. I already have made a multy user and multy rights (create, edit, view, delete) content management system and i defenitely tailor it to your needs. I can do this project in a span around 1 month, 1 month and an half. Your choice of the technology and justify this choice? (WordPress, etc.) I will prefer to build front end with codeigniter MVC but if needed i can do the whole project in wordpress even if i think that it will be much more slower. Are there license costs to be considered? no everything will be open source Will we have any extra costs for the future updates? yes, everything new will need a quotation How does the after-sale support work? And the maintenance in case of bug? I will give you 2 weeks of after-sale support, by this i mean once project is delivered and used i will fix any bug within that period. Maintenance: in the 2 weeks period and more i will be present every day (7 days a week if needed) Do you have a security report for the solution you proposed? No but my CMS passed a lot of security scans performed by Unilever and other clients. Moreover Using open source libraries (for eg. user authentication) and keeping them up to date is a good compromise. What is the sizing of machines it requires? For such platform with 300 users (they won't be concurrently online making queries) STORAGE is much more important.
