Existing website, upgrade and fixing issues needed in Wordpress

Dear all, Short intro Unfortunately we have faced a serious issue with a freelancer we have hired from here (on our first project) which we rated with 5 stars and paid all the money. The website was working the first days but right after, a lot of problem occurred such us very slow loading time, no support from the plugins etc. We are not able to find this guy even though we have hired him from freelancer and try to contact him the past 2 months, there is no response by his side. So in order to get this project right, there are some ESSENTIAL characteristics that you should have otherwise please leave this project. 1. You need to reply to our messages the latest between 48 hrs (in case you are on vacation of course you need to tell us before). 2. Your English language level must be much more than average. 3. In case you are do not have the knowledge of working with us on this, please do not waste your time and our time, just do not bid. Some skills requested 1. Wordpress: The website is a social network about dancing, music, etc. having a lot of capabilities for our future customers such us online videos, coupons, deals build in Wordpress. 2. Woo commerce: There is a part of the website that will be used as an e-shop. 3. iOS/Android apps: You should be able to build both apps and upload them to iOS/Android market. Previous experience is essential. We are looking for SERIOUS BIDDERS ONLY for permanent cooperation and a salary on a monthly basis. As long the website and apps are fixed and working properly. The payment will be with Milestones only. No cash in advance. As we said the website is already working we just need some tricks to make it faster and fix some issues/bugs plus the applications.
