autumnnov18 Hello, I am an experienced wordpress developer and I can help you redo your website as I see it is underperformig. I think the best way to go about it, would be to rebuild the theme, make it lighter so that it loads faster. We can keep the current design if you like though. In order to automatically update the properties from the other sites I need to see what kind of feed you get from them, but we can talk about it after you decide. As for breaking after wp or plugins update, as you can imagine no one can predict in which way the wordpress and plugins will be updated in the future, but so far, my clients haven't had issues on updates.
