I want a working non-traditional newsletter program that has the features as drawn in the attachment - implemented bootstrap style. With a few additional points. It should be enough with two PHP-scripts.
The reason why I want it as "simple" all-in-one, is that I only plan to email 5-15 people from time to time. For instance when I want to send the same sale-email to several people/email addresses. Usually, I do this using BCC in Outlook, but it takes some effort to create new emails and the To-field must be myself for this to work. So I want to solve this using PHP instead - and get a better interface for repeated mails.
I would paste all my email-addresses into the left textarea box (one per line) and click Save. It should now soft-warn me IF I have entered an email address previously used/sent to (it is enough to list the email addresses used outside the text-area).
Then write a newsletter subject and a message in plain text to the right. Click Save.
Then I would click Preview and a button to Send would appear (making the textarea for message showing the text without textarea or a bootstrap popup/modal or similar). Click Send and a text saying Sent to x receivers would appear.
It should be possible to browse previous sent emails. For instance, maybe I liked a newsletter I sent a while ago and want to send it again to somebody else. Then I should only click a few emails back (click Prev under the right side) and get an earlier sent email with subject and text pre-set - ready to email to the users on the left. So a kind of browse history-button.
I also want a separate page with an overview of all previous sent-to email addresses and emails so I can easily check if an email address is already been sent to before (I don't want to repeat send to a user). This could be a classic bootstrap html-datatable for instance that does search.
I'm open to other/better ways to do this (run it by me first!), but the key point is to have a way to easy email many email addresses without having to do import to build a list, then create/choose the list and so on.. That process takes far to long time for me and Mailchimp is a example on how I DON'T want it (to many steps/screens). I like the attached image better. In most cases, it takes only seconds to send out a new email to 10 users if I keep the old message/subject. So that is a good test: If I have a list with 10 email addresses and a msg subject/text, it should only take maybe 10 seconds to either reuse or create a new email.
When I click Save, the message or contacts should be saved in db, so I can re-enter the pages later to finish the email.
NOTE: It should be very good tested before delivery and must be reliable. You don't need to think about login, as I will have it protected through other methods.
You must be an experienced PHP-coder. This is NOT WordPress-work.
