Elementor form "From Name" mail issue

This involves Elementor. If you are not familiar and experienced with it please do not bid.
Elementor forms have "Actions After Submit" options that allow you send emails (such as confirmation) and customize the "From Name".
This is currently not working and the "From Name" on the forms emails shows the default site name not the customized name.
I have duplicated the live site on a dev domain so that no interruptions occur to the production site. The project is to ensure that the proper site name stays in place unchanged, and the form emails utilize the custom "From Name".
Once the problem is fixed on the dev site you will implement the fix on the live site.
