Document preview Addon for Alfresco Share (Community Edition)

We need an addon for Alfresco Share (CE) to preview documents in the document library. Like in Windows Explorer with the "preview pane" the GUI should contain 3 sections:
- treeview of the folders (left)
- documents in the selected folder (middle)
- selected document as preview (top/first document selected as default) (right)
The alfresco installation is up and running including preview of standard document types (doc, txt, pdf, ...). Alfresco Community Version 5.0.a

The preview functionality itself comes out-of-the-box from alfresco. It's configured and running and should be reused for this addon.
