Developing current joomla 3.x component

Hello everyone, I want to create a joomla 3.x based website and install a component about auctions. This is the link of the component. [login to view URL] After click to the link from top of the page please click on "Demo User 1" and then please find "New Offer" on the right menu . To this page I would like to add few empty text boxes for e-mail addresses that user can invite other people to their auction. And that e-mail addresses will recieve a text about invitation with a link to the user's auction. There will be many language options thats why this text must be contain in the language folder of joomla with .ini file. E-mail system has to work with smtp settings of joomla. Maximum budget for this job is $50. And also there is so much things to do. If we can deal I will buy that component and give all that jobs to the one developer. Regards Okan
