Develop a storelocator in drupal 8

I have a Drupal 8 website and within the website we need a storelocator. This locator contains distributer locations of our client. What we need is a Drupal 8 developer that can deliver a working prototype. We do all the templating and styling, you are responsible for the functionalities. When the visitor accepts the location you have to show the distributer locations on the map with underneath a grid view. When the visitor doesn't accept the location you will have to show all the locations. 2. At the top you see a input field. With this field a visitor can enter a adress wich is prefield with Google's autocomplete "[login to view URL]";. When the client enters the address the map and the grid shows the distributer locations. 3. When the visitor clicks on the GPS icon, the browser aks acceptance of the location. 4. The module needs to be prepared for multi language. The content (distributer locations) aren't language based. That's what needs to be done
