Hello Freelancers, We are looking for a website developer or team who have strong skills in development and programming. Ideally, what we need is similar but not equal to Postmates, in another language, and also for other things than food. The way the site will function is that it will have two login types, one for the employer and one for the employee. Employers will be people who are willing to buy things from restaurants or shops. Employees will be individuals who are interested in working for the employer and delivering the item for an arranged price. This website should be quick work for a team that knows what they are doing and we are also looking to have an app (for IOS and Android) developed as well. Please provide us an in-depth proposal and analysis based on our needs. This must include the kind of platform you recommend, why, technology, deliverables, and turn around time. WE ARE LOOKING TO START IMMEDIATELY

Greetings, I have read Project Description & understand the initial high level details but wondering, if you have more detailed specs? Secondly, I wanted to know if you want only Web Application or iPhone/Android Apps too? As you have set a budget of US $2,500, so not sure if you are flexible, because if you want both Web App & Mobile Apps, then this budget is very low.
