Dedicated developer for a variety of projects

I have three projects lined up and I would like to start with a relatively easy one to see how this goes. In essence it's a page (parallax) that offers free development, growth and marketing consulting in a form of a response to a question. The user enters a Q, in the center positioned search window, and an email address. They have the option to receive only an email response or post the answer publicly as well, on the Q&A section. The Q&A section is where all of the answers are summarized - separated into categories and are searchable by tag/ kw. Relevant responses from the growing database will be suggested (as a pop up, based on the kw/ tags from the database, correlating with the entered Q). If none of the suggestions are relevant, the user will be prompted to continue and submit. An emailing system will need to be integrated (already have mailchimp, but can use a different one). This page will need to be connected to an existing site. Either as a landing page or other. There will be four offerings on the page: 1. Consultation/ guide - $ per hour or a $ subscription per month 2. Order services - choose the services you require a la carte (linked to the services on the aforementioned site) 3. Full management - researched strategy, implemented, managed and optimized 4. Strategy & Instructions - researched strategy, marketing mix + instructing a person on your team to manage the campaigns This will be an MVP and once it gets going, it will need to be updated/ upgraded with: A Subscription that provides the user a specific amount of consultation time each month. The user will also get discounted rates for marketing, branding and development services. A 'gold' premium model will provide more time and larger discounts. Other parts, such as About, TOS, Reviews and copy on the top section (will provide) will also need to be added.
