3dcart - bulk/batch order

Create a page via which customers can make a quick bulk order without having to manually search each product.

So a page with 3 main fields: Article Number (required), Quantity (required) and an open text field called Reference (optional).

Also need a couple fixes on the reference field we recently added to the product page. Namely adding the reference text field to the cart page and adding the reference field to the "Materials" category product page (the other category products already have it).
