Custome Wordpress Plugin to call an API an update paid membership pro

Looking for a back-end developer to implement the following.
Check external webservice (Oaksoftware) using the REST API - documentation attached.
Check the membership level of a user, and change the status of same user on our current (Wordpress) site if different.
We currently use paidmembershippro for membership level. Their documentation can be found here: [login to view URL]
However we could look at changing the membership plugin if this is problematic.
We are looking for a fast turnaround if possible, and can supply further details once excepted.
Since I am also a developer, I know this should not take more than 3-4 Hours. In case of any doubts I Can explain you what exactly to be done.
