Custom WordPress Crawler

Hello. Please read all requirements! I will write a hidden password below to be sure you actually red it. Only bid if you can write this script. I need a modified script (something like WP Crawler) on my wordpress site so that, based on a cron job, it will visit this site: [login to view URL] and do the following: 1. Downloads the pictures from the ad 2. Crops 20 pixels from pics height 3. Grabs the text from (the password for reading is content) 4. Grabs the phone number from the ad 5. Posts an article using the data crawled from the ad on my wordpress with a custom title. For exemple: [login to view URL] - title will be: "Bulldog francez blue in Timisoara" - text of the article will be copied from the ad - the phone number will be displayed on the article - the pictures must be saved on my server (no hotlinking), croped and posted on the article - cron job will execute the script and add new articles every single hour VPS or dedicated server with SSH access will be provided. If WP Crawler plugin can be modified to do that, I will buy the license. If not, new script must be written from scratch. Thank you for your time.
