Custom Group Travel reservation and booking system using drag and drop shopping basket

The scope of this projectThis project will involve understanding of these key concepts: 1- Drag and drop travel vendors ( air (individual pricing), motorocach (group pricing) , hotel (based on occupancy), attractions and meals ( individual pricing) etc...based on provided database. 2- The concept is to be able to build a custom trip based on vendor database costs as provided 3- Building a trip means relating the available vendors to the destination 4- drag those available vendors into the trip calendar in the desired order ([login to view URL]) 5- price the trip according to the vendors selected and the number of passengers 6- create an online proposal ( the proposal is the program/itinerary) for clients to accept terms and conditions based on a selected number of passengers 7- create automated vendor requests based on the accepted booking ( business rules to be provided in the scope) (printable pdf version of program and itinerary and invoices and statements for group or individual) 8- track vendor confirmations based on business rules to be provided (create an intranet communications for ops and vendors to exchange automated or manual reservation requests and confirmations and changes 9- provide a connection to payment processor (in this case paypal) 10- provide an operations and sales back end access to manage the trip 11- provide a drag and drop roomlist solution (specs to be provided and perhaps existing code) 12- internal client email communication from the portal for sale sand ops 13- customer trip dashboard (group or individual) 14-UX designed based on most current best practices ( for example hubspot ) 15- must be responsive and mobile firendly 16 - user app for client account and trip details 17- Lead pull in solution from crm (hubspot) to start building trips 18 - (we have sql vendor database and client database structure) may need revisions but this will be provide 19- A initial trial mock up must be provide as part of the first milestone to show understanding of the scope and solution desired 20- proof of prior experience in such projects 21- other details for flow and business rules to be provided. The goal of the project is to have the ability for users (clients and company staff) to build trips using components (vendors) drag and drop in the order desired to build the program and to price according to vendor pricing ( individual rates, flat rates or group rates) to calculate and generate pricing for individuals to participate in the trip.
