I require a cryptocurrency trading bot to be built that can actively log into an account on the Binance exchange and buy when the following conditions are triggered:

stoch RSI is equal to or less than "buyvalue1" and the MACD is equal to or less than "buyvalue2"

and sell when the following conditions are triggered:

Stoch RSI is equal to or greater than "sellvalue1" and the MACD is equal to or greater than "sellvalue2".
