Coming to Project I can create a plugin that offers admin dashboard to control menu this way Create new Dishes/Manage them Set name, description, internal attributes like ingredients used or calorie information etc, price, availability in servings, instantly available or time required to prepare etc(just example of dish's attributes) and then option for pricing.
