Create a simple script/scripts for windows environment

I have 2 types of customers One type is managed the other is not managed. I want to be able to send a command from ATERA monitoring system to the UVK software on clients computer and tell it to run everything I want. I also want to be able to make changes on clients desktop without logging in.

Software needs to run in silent mode. Most all of this is in the software UVK I purchased. it just needs someone to connect the missing links. I want to be able to remote install the software if possible.

I want to build a script for desktops that I clean about every six months than I want to build a script for computers that are cleaned on a daily basses, than another for servers cleaned on a daily bases. I can setup the schedules on the monitoring. I just need the scripts built to access the software, download and update, than run silent when told to using the UVK software. This should be much easier than it looks from talking to the owner of the UVK software.
