Hi there, The requirements look quite clear and straightforward to implement. As far as I can see IBM offers a free tier for compare and comply API. In response to parse request API returns several fields. I guess you want to display that data in a structured manner to the end user and possibly allow it to be downloaded. I am planning to use php to create the tool. I just need a clear definition of the mentioned template, the way data to be served, and the format/structure of the file containing the data which users can download. I expect this to take no more than 3 days, at most, thanks.
