E-commerce Platform

We have an e-commerce platform which allows people to create their online e-commerce stores without needing any coding skills. It is a complete e-commerce solution with ability to install and develop third party extensions, manage website layout, accept payments with different payment options. It has an API that allows developers to write plug-ins and integrated applications with E-Commerce Platform and its users. Most of developers that we work with usually use this API to create custom third party applications and extensions. We are looking for a full-stack developer to create a reporting tool to measure website usage, product, sale, revenue and client data. The reporting tool will have a user interface that shows all data in grids and charts and allow users to filter results by date or product/category type. The tool will be developed as a third party extension by using its REST API. The server-side can be written in PHP (v. 5.6) or NodeJS/ExpressJS (v. 10). Data is provided by REST API so no database access is needed but for keeping temporary or small information like remembering user choices, a No-SQL solution (preferably MongoDB) can be used. Cookies or manipulating sessions are not allowed. The project is not large enough to need a web framework but if it's PHP, for keeping everything organized any of these frameworks can be used: CodeIgniter, Laravel or Symfony. TDD is necessary and test cases must be written in PHPUnit and/or Mocha.
