Clean up some Wordpress Customization Issues

I have a wordpress site at [login to view URL]
I need some edits made to make it look better. Here is the list:
1. This is extremely important!! The current timer is not what I want. I want a timer than will show months, weeks, and days only. And a timer that is "cleaner" and more professional looking. The current one is ugly. :( The text above and below the time should be nice and clean and well aligned. The timer should look something like https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/7DXb5UM4-liXwN9RlESBUGt1v4kWJmy6RAE9s8zNFucjR6NWc_uTwyfzd7_KLXcv5fADSCXb=w640-h400-e365 . Nice, clean, professional.
2. The logo isn't properly aligned on the home page. The bottom of the logo is touching the header image. There should be some space there. I would also like the logo moved a little more to the left. Plus, half of it get cut off in the header image. Is there some way to fix this? I can change the image if we need to.
3. On the home page, I want the most recent posts that are listed under the big map removed. They are already on the side bar, and I don't need them twice.
4. On the home page, those flipping images that are above the map are not properly working. They need to link to the proper pages (names are on the title of each image) so when the image flips, the user can click it and go to that page.
5. I want the picture for About Me on the sidebar to be smaller.
6. I need a public "number of views" ability on each post.
7. This is also very important!! When you go to [login to view URL], you will see that the first 3 posts are displayed in a very clean way. The rest of them, for some reason, do not look like that. When you click the main links on my page (Destination Diaries, Travel Tips, and Housesitting), I want the posts to display the same way those first 3 do in the link I have provided!!
8. The line of instagram photos at the bottom of the page. I need to be able to link pictures from my instagram account there, instead of the demo pictures.
9. When I click a main category that has multiple posts, like Central America, only one of the posts is showing up. I need them to display like they do in #7 above.
